Makers Engineering provides three options for on-site support.
No action is required for pre-scheduled, recurring on-site visits.

Regular service

Regular on-site service requests during normal business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm central time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) may be directed to the Technical Support Center.

Emergency service

If you are an existing Makers Engineering customer with a Level 1, 2 or 3 support plan, you may be eligible for emergency service with guaranteed 4-hour response time. (Please refer to the plan comparison for details).

Please note that you may be subject to a surcharge for this service as specified in your Makers Engineering Support Agreement.

After-hours service

After-hours on-site service is available to existing Makers Engineering customers. (Please refer to the plan comparison for details. The emergency fee is waived for pre-scheduled after-hours support visits).
